yes... but please don't forget the cash flows which will be coming in over the next 26-30 years. that's additive to the mcap and min. project divestment price. The usd$50m is not a company takeover min price.. of the entire company price - it is the minimum MRQ gets if SLC were to sell the JV project. the other projects remain with MRQ.
