I think this CR is reasonable, which is what I expect from Zwan. The dilution is only 7.5% and he could have gone for 15%.
The discount is 0.5c (around 10%), although a monster premium over the weighted last 30 days - so well timed. 2 days ago it was 0.4c
These raisings will be redundant once revenue starts rolling in, so to do a small raising of $1m is OK with me.
I think this CR is reasonable, which is what I expect from Zwan....
