typical ASX form letter... why don't they ask relevent questions like: (1) is the liability to your previous lawyers being met by the litigation funding and if not how big is this liability and how will chm pay it? (2) what percentage of any court win will the litigation funder recieve and are any other parties also owed a percentage of the win for previous funding and/or services to chm?
Then the chm die-hards could see what they will be left with if they win.
