Black Out Periods:
In the five (5) business days prior to, and one (1) business day after the public announcement of the financial results of the quarter;
In the five (5) business days prior to, and one (1) business day after the public announcement of the interim financial results;
In the five (5) business days prior to, and one (1) business day after the public announcement of the financial results of the year;
and such other periods as the Company may notify from time to time, for example, where the Company was considering a major transaction that could have a material effect on the stock price.
