I think someone must of complained, the asx imo are as weak as puss , I mean seriously
how many companies are out there that don't have two quarters of cash in the bank , there are heaps of them .
again even after been tipped off the asx is not enforcing two quarters of cash be held by NOR .
they wouldn't have queried the company without a complaint in my opinion .
they need to land something before the end of this financial year , if they don't they risk been suspended if the asx gets another whinger .
the problem is Paul has for years painted this near term success picture , maybe it's coming back to bite him on the bum now .
wouldn't surprise me in the least if it wasn't Aspec or another large holder nervous about their holding here .
I mean none of them could be real happy at present , nobody likes been led up the garden path .
