Actually, BottleShock, to be fair, there was adequate information in this ASX response to assume that the business will continue as a going concern. It is irrelevant that the Spark revenue was not mentioned as it has already been discussed in previous announcements. They didn't mention the research grant monies either. But that does not mean that there will be none forthcoming, does it? Not every form of revenue was required to be re-stated. The most important part of the response was this

"Both the Australian opportunity and the United Kingdom
opportunity continue to be negotiated towards potential finalisation and, if concluded, would
result in substantial cash inflow sufficient to cover 2025 and 2026 operating costs. The Australian
opportunity, if successfully concluded, would have recurring revenues."

So, if you are suggesting, as you have previously stated, that the Tier 1 opportunities are no longer on the table (and therefore calling into question the honesty of the Board's announcements) then I recommend that you engage a decent law firm to defend your potentially libelous statements.

Of course, until the ink is dry on the negotiated contracts, NOR remains in a tight situation BUT seems to have adequate financial support from the board.
