firstly no. It is my opinion that a pivot is in the wind and I'll voice opinion as I not you see fit.

secondly if someone from hc reported to the ASX somehow and the ASX decided to look into the issue surely it's the ASX that decides if questions need to be asked not the poster from an anonymous forum.
surely that's how it works. I'd assume they too have qualified employees who read the reports and decide if questions need to be asked. Are you trying to tell us it's all a plan to detail Nor.

if the company's finances don't fit the criteria for a listed company then they need to ask that's basic o.ersight rules.
personally I'd like to an improvement in the share price either through a deal being signed or a pivot.
conspiracy theories or just anonymous posters taking the p155 because they don't hold really doesn't matter to me.
i just want a deal or pivot to happen so I can make a few quid and the sooner the better. It won't take much a share price around 8 to 10c and you won't see me for dust.
