As a matter of fact they went to some effort to mention the R&D loan facility and zero effort to mention their only institutional customer.
To your comment; "So, if you are suggesting, as you have previously stated, that the Tier 1 opportunities are no longer on the table (and therefore calling into question the honesty of the Board's announcements) then I recommend that you engage a decent law firm to defend your potentially libelous statements."

First up I have not suggested now or ever that Tier 1 opportunities are not on the table. I do however suggest that the likelihood of NOR landing one is as remote as Snoopy really existing and partaking in dogfights with the Red Baron over the fields of France in 1916.
In my experience no major institutional customer would enter into a contract with a company in the state of NOR. They don't have to, there are a myriad of companies out there in better financial conditions with stronger and more mature products. NOR has no moat, no material IP, no registered trademarks no standalone premises and no demonstrable product beyond vapourware.
NOR has one customer whom they don't even acknowledge as recurring revenue in response to an ASX query about ongoing revenue.
