You stated in one post that other posters cant counter with facts, however you are the one that actually makes statements that are not factual.
Your repeated posts saying that the 203D(3) stated that directors could not be removed if they were voted back in - a complete fabrication. You then proceeded to say that this was just a chatGPT search. Another lie. You specifically stated clauses and wording from the Corps Act that were complete fiction.
Your posts today, one saying PER has $17M in cash and then following up with the above saying $15M in cash. You appear to just change the narrative to suit what you want.
You make statements about the Directors taking bloated salaries, they just confirmed that they were deferring salaries and fees.
You really need to read the ASX announcements before you go making more "Factual" statements.
