I think if JG/CG do retain control after the PVL vote then the following 12 months will be critical. One good thing to come out of the initial Gennadi/Peters vote is that the current BOD are fully accountable now. Hearing JG at the AGM he seemed very focused and positive (given the situation he was in) about the future of the company.
