Gennadi proposal was cringeworthy alright, reeked of emotion and nothing else, highly unprofessional in my view, but his votes will surely be with PVL at the next EGM.
But be very careful with expecting anything positive from PVL!!! PVL success depends on them carving up under valued PER in their favor. You should be buying PVL not PER "if" you think PVL will be successful. PER shareholders will get scr*wed.
Garner/ Gittleson deserve a chance at the wheel of PER. They are very close to the new/fresh start we are looking for anyway, unfortunately tainted by the phase 2a trial conducted by Diamond/Gennadi ,
The buying at 1 cent looks a little focused, could be PVL topping up . They buy another 10% and things look interesting again , really wish sellers would step away and make them pay higher
