This is 100% a fraudulent company in my eyes now. The stock accumulation and sell-offs before major announcements, insider trading, and price manipulation have all been evident.
The most ridiculous yet satisfying thing is that the ASX is actually starting to investigate this fraudulent company.
I just want to know—what is the most severe penalty OVT could face?
Is there a chance that this incompetent board will simply have the stock suspended, rebrand, and start a new round of scamming?
If that happens, is there any chance I can recover my shares or the money I've lost?
