Trumps new pharma regulations mean that MYX will not be able to sell their products overseas for less than what they sell in USA. I wonder what they sell the products for in Europe ? or Asia ?? The prices in Europe and Asia and everywhere else will have to be raised to equal the price charged to USA citizens. This means a huge amount of overseas business will be lost. I cannot see overseas people paying the huge prices that USA citizens are forced to pay.
In Australia the TGA bargains with pharma and gets good prices for australians. (Citizenship is worth something - so dont let everyone in like the circus in USA). In USA the pharma companies just charge whatever they like because the drugs are not subject to any purchase and supply through a pharmaceutical benefits scheme. So Ozempic is $100, or $88, or $96 or $122 in various countries (I just put amounts which were in vicinity of actual figures) while in USA it cost $1000 (I think it was for a months supply).
This will have a huge impact on the non generic drug prices and the profits of pharma. Im glad I sold out and put it into TTT. 18c to 27c but could has been up to 29c.
Trump is helping the average person .... Wait until RFK bans advertising by pharma on TV. The media will go broke. They dont advertise to sell drugs. They advertise to keep the media controlled. Once the advertising revenue disappears the media in USA is done for.... This is not a myth. The MYX drop is probably in anticipation. I hope the scheme doesnt get the votes - it is a scam ! BUT if MYX remains independent the share price will plummet after the meeting.
