    I have jumped the gun in the above post. Appendix 3Y actually includes a small transaction at 39c that missed being reported last year.

    Therefore I don't actually know who the $1.8m private placement belonged to or why they were offered an additional discount.

    Anyway its up to the directors to kill the gossip by providing an explanation.
