yep. good one too. acquisition is still on the cards and details being finalised. I had a gut feeling the deal wouldn't be announced today as I think MW won't just settle for any old terms. he'd be trying to get the best value for shareholders (which ultimately is the only task on the position description of a company director, although some tend to forget this...).
anyways should stick to discussing WPI... should be a cracker today cause there aint going to be no trading over at SRT!
