Once again we seem to have decisions that entrenches waste and duplication in the telecommunications sector.
Meanwhile genuine monopolies and price gouging in industries like energy distribution, oil and gas, airlines and more continue with free rein.
How this actually benefits competition completely escapes me. SingTel Optus must be cracking the bubbly today.
