The ruling doesn't make sence. With tpg going rural that makes a extra competor which = compition in any language
Dont worry tpg/tls had to test this and no doubt test again in the fed court IMHO
then tpg and tls will sort out another way even renting spectrum to each other
for tls is desperately low on city spectrum and cannot buy any more unless tpg sell some which it won't and optus certainly won't..all good and stay tuned its only the beginning
