Jenks resigned on the 12/2 - he sold down the 6.6 mil shares 14 days after his resignation. I doubt there is any technical wrong doing, just the same as with Brad Boyle.
If you haven't already done so, TON holders should have a read of their company's Corporate Governance Plan that contains a number of guidelines that directors were required to follow, including trading in company shares - although Jenks had resigned so the normal director blackout period did not apply to him..
