If you haven't already done so, TON holders should have a read of their company's Corporate Governance Plan that contains a number of guidelines that directors were required to follow, including trading in company shares - although Jenks had resigned so the normal director blackout period did not apply to him..

"technical" wrong doing! What we are all asking here is "what" did he (most likely, given his ex position) KNOW that we were not same privy to.
