there was accumulation/nett buying by several 'full fee brokers' from at least Mar 18 to March 2nd . this was in the 6 range and imo was to set up a 4.5cent placement.
so mgt were aware that gmp were organising a placement, and also that there was an accumulation by a 'active investor' anticipating participating in the CR.
anyway so perhaps this activity 'backed' the outlook news, the 6 centish accumulation and further financing arranged but VA called to finally settle all Creditors Claims for "legitimacy".
this $200 grand Ferrier Fee item further gives that the expectation is of a short VA ending at the April Meeting ie Company Affairs handed back to Directors to pay creditors as per VA ruling.
