    Yep, a part of the mess to sort out is funding. This could hurt shareholders but there are varying degrees to the extent it will hurt. The company explicitly stated that solvency would be an issue in the near to medium term.

    The problem is, from my brief reading and I need this confirmed by someone more cluey, it looks like a DOCA can strip shares away from holders. That scares me a fare bit.
