Exactly, the snowball affect. After 3 weeks in the US and repeated announcements re. on the cusp of funding and offtakes coming people see a small rise and they naturally pile in.
Whomever put that response together however absolutely nailed it. Separate dot points on USEXIMs and Bechtel's professionalism, normal trading patterns, informed market etc.. probably one of the best written announcements I have read in a long time.
