Yeah - a huge number of people involved within ASM, the US government/US Exif Bank, technical consultants, the Australian and even South Korean governments so any number of potential leaks are possible. ASIC is a toothless tiger as they are not going to be able to requisition all the communications and devices from all of these parties, ever, let alone in a timely manner.
