    If this falls over, I'd wager we will see a delisting and the evaporation of our capital. Just like a fistful of other Chinese backed ASX specs/juniors have in the last five years.

    It's a repeatedly exploited loophole and the ASX's only strategy is to shut these guys down after the fact.
