Call me a skeptic, what's to stop Bonitas now going long and going away quietly and seeing the share price recovering? You can get 3 independent valuers and get 3 very different answers, whether they are miles apart in valuation is another story so hard to prove or disprove who is right on asset valuation (until you sell them) however common sense says a company will use the highest valuer to help their assets base.
