Lincoln Indicators placed RFF under review after the Bonitas allegations but it has now been returned today as one of their recommended Star Income Stocks.
"We take RFF out from under review given our confidence in the accuracy of RFF's financials while awaiting the 3rd party auditor's reports to be released in due time for further confirmation."
"In conclusion, we deem the risks associated with RFF on the Bonitas report has mostly been removed. As RFF's share price has deteriorated as a result of the event, it is currently trading at an attractive ~5.5-6% yield (at the time of writing) and may represent an opportunity for investors to gain exposure towards an agricultural property portfolio which is well-managed.
We look forward to the release of RFF's FY19 annual report on the 27th of August 2019."
