RFF use market rates to determine rents on related party leases in the same way as 3rd party leases, the terms & predictability are the same as they are done at arms length.
I repeat the related parties are no less obligated to pay the rents as the 3rd party tenants & the rents on all the leases are not subject to change for hardship or any other operational reason.
