I agree. I was looking for some loosely worded threat that if Bonitas did not post a full retraction then there would be legal consequences. Hiring E&Y is a positive step and they have pretty much denied everything else. Thinking about some of the statements which Bonitas has made i.e. that RFF has fabricated $28M of .... I'm not sure how you would disprove that without having access to all their accounts .... hence E&Y. Still could go either way IMO. Guess the SP will still be under pressure if they allow trade tomorrow.
