From my perspective it's basically a "he said she said" at this stage. No one has provided any evidence of fraud and no one has proved there isn't any fraud. I personally felt their response was weak and actually did them a disservice.
Thinking of buying? Until the facts are out it's now down to psychology. Fear is always more powerful than greed so right now you're buying on an uphill battle. Take the risk if you dare.
My unprofessional opinion is to ride it out, don't try and beat the market you'll always lose.
