BP has crude tanks to hold imported oil for refining.
I ask why can some of these not be used to hold oil for export/transfer
to say Singapore or east coast refineries?
Buru Energy exports to Asia from tanks in Wyndham.
Costs/returns/volumes would seem to be the only consideration.
BP then can import refined products into ...presumably modified tanks
but retain some for handling oil for export.
Make sense?
