Cardz I will be definitely voting NO against the Monument deal as I think CEN will be giving control of the co away for peanuts . Also it takes CEN out of play for a measly sum. We just have to trust management .I hope they know what there doing . I think they were using Monument to get a better deal from RUM . IMO if s/h didn't take up the offer from RUM I can't see them voting for the Monument deal. I don't think RUM needs to do much more to secure a JV but CEN doesn't seem receptive to RUM . Anyway that's my waffle for the day .
