The purpose of that is to qualify that neither myself (nor anybody outside CVL or AJM) have the full information.

But, based on what is presented, and based on my extensive experience, I think that CVL has entitlement.

I also repeat what I said previously - courts have a history to find in favour of the claimant (CVL in this case). Also, as I explained earlier, I have seen companies (AJM in this case) inadvertently provide instruction to contractors which are then successfully pursued as claims - either as part of arbitration, or court proceedings.
