Why don't you stop with the BS. For the last couple of years you have done nothing but post negative and non factual information. You started a new thread to solely bag a director with information that was not true only because of your laziness to research properly and now here you are calling the BOD's pricks because they are disputing a 3 month delay which you think is reasonable.
Well buddy if the BOD's didn't dispute this claim then I would say they were negligent in their responsibilty to shareholders. Both sides think they are right and the court will decide but you can't wait for that, you prefer to sink the boot in as always.
For someone to think they have to emphasize to everyone that they are a holder just reeks to me.
Man up and change your postion to Not Held.
