Oh please. Are we going to 'take them out and measure them'? I've managed enough, thank you very much. Maybe not multi million $ deals, but people are still people.
The fact that CVL thought that AJM might've been caught unawares of this ann seems to indicate that AJM will be blindsided. Which debunks the ongoing negotiation that CVL claimed. Hence, the perception of liability.
Anyhow, I'll leave it at that.
