Of course they are not going to let us be taken over. The major shareholder also manages the company through Spring and that was worth $11M last to them last year.
Its the same as them commenting about not following GJT to list on the Japanese stock market. They were concerned that GJT's price fell after it listed. Good excuse, but shareholders got paid out at the NTA so it was a huge win for GJT shareholders (me included).
Its disappointing that the company is not open to a transaction that would give shareholders a big premium to the current price.
Not good enough guys.
