It's reassuring that the adverse effect is not expected to be 'material'.
However the comment about 'varying' is of some concern.
A shocking time of year for this to happen, given many staff (including in information technology) would be away on Christmas holidays. Low-life hackers presumably know this.
There's not been any mention as to whether APE has been asked to pay a ransom. I hope not.
