    Once again independent directors have their own interests and pay packets at heart.

    All known information is out in the public arena

    I ask this 1 question

    If this deal is so good then why have walter and Stewart not stood in the market place and purchase stock on market. They can. It is allowed from what I know. Must Not be that good
