If that did eventuate calminveator, I will be submitting an application to ASIC to review adding Walter to the banned and disqualified register. They are accountable for all activities during the time they're in charge of a company. So if their decisions led to the insolvency of HAV they will get suspended regardless of whether or not they were there on the last day. In some cases even federal charges can be laid (but this is usually reserved for people involved in hiding the books)
