Just how much money has been wasted on this ill conceived transaction?

$550,000 per page 8 of Havilah’s last Quarterly Report. See bottom of the first paragraph on that page.

I don’t know if that includes the $20,000 paid during the quarter for consulting services provided by Balmoral Consulting which is owned by former Havilah Director Ken Williams (Appendix 5B item 7.1).

By the time all the invoices are submitted, it will be well over $1 million by my estimate including all advisers, legal fees, expert reports, PR firms, proxy advisory firms, and staff costs.

This is a significant part of the now $28 million (and shrinking) market cap.
