This is absolutely shocking, disgraceful and reckless to waste so much money on trying to push this DUD deal through.
Since the deal was announced at the beginning of May there has been enough opposition and awareness of how bad this deal was for these same 'independent directors' to take this reality on board and either scarp this deal or go and renegotiate it.
Oh no, why would they listen to long term shareholders and do that!
This unbelievable arrogance will hopefully see the back of them by this time next week.
