I mentioned in another TYR post, the terminal at my place did not brick and did clearly have a back up being 3g which is still working well while TYR fixes the network direct route. That is clearly a back up making the claims by the shorter rather fictitious to almost malicious? The possible malicious claim is not for me to make. TYR just might once they get the issues fixed up.
Shorting such as occurred with NKA ( NYSE), with over over hyped and in NKA case fiction or two, is reasonable. Vexatious untrue or unreasonable claims made with one intention to lower the share price and hurt investors probably needs a legal opinion.
