I have a feeling that it might be Gina who offers more before Twiggy makes a bid. She it completely stuck as can't get anymore shares as price above her offer price. If she sends out papers at 4.2 cents offer then unlikely she will get many if any shares. She needs to increase her bid first as Twiggy can spend time organizing deals with Government and then pounce with a higher bid later
