So both Twiggy & Gina already know that they can't gain full control without making a deal with the other. I'm not sure that Twiggy will add wood to the fire unless there is a knockout price that he is willing to pay.

Twiggy is not able to buy more as he already has the maximum amount of shares he can buy without making a bid.
