The hurdles to re-listing seem pretty high. Think about it: some of the answers to ASX queries beggar belief, it wouldn't surprise me if more queries came in. The company needs a major cash injection. Staffing numbers must be so small now it would be hard to do all the things necessary to turn this around if there is a plan. The financials may need some supplementary disclosures to address gaps in the accounts highlighted by the auditor. Then there's the sleeper issue which I haven't seen come up yet but may do so based on the company's recent response to the ASX, which is whether one or more of the directors are the sort of fit and proper persons that should be allowed to be directors of a listed company. My guess is that the only path back to being listed is if there is a major refinance, new management and new direction.
