C'mon Kev, broaden your horizons, they don't need to have proof, just suspicion will do for the ASX

You know that an arms length transaction, relationship or ownership occurs when parties are unrelated and act independently, without any pre-exisiting relationships for undue influence?

You would know that Rule 10.11 requires shareholder approval for equity security issues to related parties, which covers familial and other relationships. It covers a very broad spread of directors and shareholders of 10% or (30% at any time in the past 6 months), including associates, family members or a person who has nominated a director

Rule 10.11.2 applies if the ASX suspects:

-Artificial schemes to avoid related party rules
-De facto control by non directors or closely related entities
-Shareholder spread manipulation (such as using nominees)

I'd say they may have some suspicions
