I think that's not a fair statement. Rewind back 5 years ago, it was called ICU. It ran the IT arm for Donaco, a casino business. Then, under the leadership of Monger and that old Board, they were a loss making business after they ventured into gaming machines. Then Aaron and Co took over after the Board spill. They then ventured into BNPL with a rebrand into IOU. Then Kenneth and Dunlop decided to pocket some coin while Aaron was too busy with his own MRuncit business and sleeping on the IOU top job. After going into VA, Clee and Finran decided to resuscitate the company and kept it afloat to what OVT is today. We live in a democratic country, so the rule of law says "Innocent until proven guilty". In this case as Zingy rightly pointed, there were queries from people who complained to ASX about Clee. But that does not necessarily mean he's guilty. ASX will do it's own investigation and we will find out the outcome in coming days or weeks.
