So the Malawi court allocated a judge and issued a summons addressed to Lindian but somehow forgot to send it? I don't buy that at all.
Either the documents that were published on X are a forgery or Lindian are not telling the truth in this statement.
Either way, it is pretty clear that somebody is lying. The question is who. I guess it will all come out in the wash sooner or later.
