Kidman Resources Limited (ASX: KDR) notes the announcement by Marinidi Metals Limited (ASX: MZN) early today alleging that a binding agreement (Binding Agreement) has been reached between the Company and Marinidi under which the Company has agreed to sell its Lithium Rights to Marinidi.
The Company expressly denies that any Binding Agreement has been reached in relation to Lithium Rights on the terms set out in the Marinidi announcement or at all.
The Company is currently considering its legal options in relation to the Marinidi announcement and will continue to update the market.
