So in short, does this anouncement deny the speculation or does is confirm that the speculation is an actual possibilty and that it may or may not eventuate? (Are they not denying nor confirming?). The language in the announcement makes me think they are dodging the speculation with clever words and not really adressing it directly. Apologies if im wrong or misguiding, I'm still trying to make sense of this matter.
