Look back to previous announcements - it was always made clear that the IPO would include a small capital raise.
Clearly $60m USD is a delta beyond the initial expectation. I think some of the market reaction today is the lack of clarity in funding that. Speculation from here, but I'd expect FFX and GF to chip in, and the pre-mentioned cap raise at IPO to complete it. Maybe $20m a piece
